In 1970’s there was a lot of illicit use going on i really think that the Plymouth Design department had a problem with hallucinogens because how the hell can you think that the 1970 Plymouth Super Bird looked any good. Fair enough it was a great Nascar but couldn’t have they made it look less retarded.

Yes you read right 4.6 ton. The Popemobile is a modified Mercedes-Benz M-Class sport utility vehicle with a special glass-enclosed “room” that has been built into the back of the vehicle.  The vehicle’s security features include bulletproof glass windows and roof and reinforced, armored side panels and undercarriage. Its probably really safe and warranted but it just looks so stupid.

I’m a little confussed about this post. This car is so strange but yet it has some thing attractive about it. I can’t explain why you would build some thing like this but all i can say is if it was driving down the street i couldn’t help but look. It reminds me of an older post “40 inch rims”

Rust Heinz, the son and heir of the Heinz food empire dreamt this weird thing up in 1938. The Corsair was projected to cost around $14,700 in 1939, which is equivalent to over $200,000 in today’s money. I think he must have been adding some thing in the sauce he was using.

Personally i fond this Model Trans AM to be stupid to start with but then some red neck goes and bolts it to the top of a 4WD chassis  and that just makes it an ultra stupid hillby machine
